The many vital services we offer at Parker Street Food and Furniture Bank would not be possible without the generous support of people like you. Here’s how you can help us bring hope to people throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Financial

If you would like to make a financial donation, simply send a cheque or money order payable to Parker Street Food & Furniture Bank:

You can also call us using your Visa/MasterCard at 425-2125, or donate securely online through CanadaHelps.org. We are now able to offer “Pre-Authorized Debit” (PAD) from donors bank accounts as a method of donating. Donors can contact Parker Street and a form will be a mailed/faxed, which thenneeds to be signed and returned to Parker Street with a void cheque.

Furniture

Do you have furniture in reasonable condition that you’d like to donate to Parker Street Food & Furniture Bank? Call us at 425-2125. We can accept most donations, except for major appliances.

Interested in holding a furniture drive in your community? Call us at 425-2125 for advice and to coordinate delivery pickups in your area. We will also create an official Parker Street Furniture Drive flyer your organization can use to promote your event.

Computer and Office Equipment

Upgrading your IT equipment? Consider donating your old items to Parker Street. We are particularly interested in:

Cars for Charity
