Help us Serve Our Community

Volunteers are vital to us at Parker Street Food and Furniture Bank. Without them, we would not be able to serve the more than 1,000 families who look to us for assistance each month. Parker Street is fortunate and thankful to have many long-time volunteers who are dedicated to serving the community through Parker Street.

We provide Short-term Volunteer opportunities if you require hours for school, or would like to come in one time, or would like to come in on a Sunday.

Also we have Long-term Volunteer opportunities if you would like to join us on a weekly basis during the day (Monday- Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) or if you would like to come in during our food bank hours which are Monday-Wednesday-Friday 8:00am-11:00am.

In the Furniture Bank you'll find devoted volunteers unloading donated furniture, or restoring it to good-as-new condition before delivering items to homes throughout the community.
